Could this have been a hint?

Could Nintendo have put a clue to Mimikyu in front of our eyes in the Pokemon anime all those years ago, and we didn't see it? That image practically looks like Mimikyu. Nintendo has for decades been known to hide clues, hints, and Easter eggs in their franchises(some of which go undiscovered for years and years.). Could this image have been a hint? My mind strongly suggests so.


This might also suggest that Mimikyu might actually Be a ghost Pokemon wearing a Pikachu husk as a skin.
